Carl Brown was born and raised in Saint Louis, M0. He found his calling as a singer early on as a member of the Progressive Baptist Missionary Church youth choir. This is also were he tuned in on his other musical talents such as the drums and piano. Carl comes from a long line of singers. His mother and grandmother could sing. This love for singing led him to pursue a music career and is also what fuels his passion to bless others through song. Music has always been the place were Carl finds his comfort.
During high school, Carl joined a singing group whom had much local success. But the struggles of inner city Saint Louis streets got the best of them which led Carl away from music for 5 years. In 2007, Carl found his way back to music, launch his solo career as Mr 3ONE4. Shortly after starting his solo path, he had the privilege of joining the super group, 1920, the new Bad-Boys of R&B. This group recorded songs with Yo Gotti, went on town with Bad Boy Records, and opened up for the Platinum selling group Day26. The members of the group decided to part from the company that owned the group brand and started their own group under the name, The Truth, which didn't has as much success.
After The Truth disbanded, Carl return to the industry as a solo artist and gain much attraction. Mr 3ONE4 has performed in Atlanta's famous Salute The Dj's Awards Show, The Time to Shine Showcase, and The Grand Hustle Show case. Carl also booked a modeling tour & Atlanta television show slated to air on MTV 2 & CW-11.
After returning to St. Louis, Carl was forced to take another hiatus from music again. Carl has down several interviews with Hot 104.1, 100.3 The Beat, 89.5 The Wave, and Dough Grils of America Radio. He has been featured in Inbox Magazine, Hype Magazine, The Evening Whirl and the St. Louis Post Dispatch Newspaper Carl Brown is an extraordinary dancer, singer, rapper, writer, musician (drums and piano) and overall performer.
